Refund policy
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days from delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- Returned items will be inspected thoroughly for refund eligibility.
- If approved, a refund (including GST) will be issued to the customer (not as store credit), minus a flat ₹100 as shipping fee.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
- Once approved, you'll receive store credit for the full product value (inclusive of GST), which can be used against the exchange or any future purchase during checkout.
- A flat fee of ₹ 100 will be deducted to cover shipping charges.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged, defective, wrong items
- Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items to Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.
- If approved after thorough inspection of returned item, we will ship you a replacement item free of charge.
- Eligibility for Replacement -
- Covered: Wrong items delivered, loose stitching, fading, fabric issues, misprints, misaligned designs, etc.
- Not Covered: Damages from improper use, washing, accidents, modifications, or regular wear and tear.
- Returned items will be inspected thoroughly for refund eligibility.
Return/Exchange Process
- Login to your customer account and choose the item you wish to return.
- We’ll arrange a pickup within 7 business days.
- All returned items will be thoroughly checked and applicable refund will be processed.
- Returns won't be accepted if products appear used, washed, or damaged (unless delivered damaged).
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Fraud prevention: we may reject returns if fraud is suspected and report such cases to authorities.
Store Credits – Terms
- Store credits can be used only on theruggedsoul.com.
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations
- Customers can cancel their orders anytime before they are shipped by getting in touch with Customer Care directly.
- In case the order is already shipped then the customer can return the item in accordance with our Return Policy
- For prepaid orders, a refund (including GST) will be issued, minus the applicable payment gateway transaction charges (usually 2.5% plus GST) which will be shared transparently with the customer.
