Shipping Policy

Every order from The Rugged Soul is shipped free across India on prepaid payment. No minimum order value, no hidden charges.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 8 to 12 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Delivery is considered complete when the order is received and signed for at your address — by you or someone you designate. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. Please check your tracking link for updates.

Occasional delays can occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier capacity in your area. These are outside our control, but if your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Order Processing

We process orders as they come in and do our best to fulfil every confirmed order. In rare cases — such as an item selling out between your order and processing — we may need to cancel and issue a full refund. We will always inform you promptly if this happens.

A note on Cash on Delivery

We currently only accept prepaid orders — UPI, net banking, and cards.

We considered COD carefully. Our experience is that a significant number of COD shipments are rejected at the door — which means the product travels across the country and back, unsold, at real cost to us and real strain on the logistics chain. For a small brand making things in limited runs, that kind of waste adds up quickly.

Offering prepaid-only also lets us keep our pricing honest. We do not build the cost of failed deliveries into our prices — which means what you see is what it actually costs.

We understand that paying online requires a degree of trust, especially with a brand you are buying from for the first time. Our payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
